Avocados contain ‘good fats’, are a good source of fiber, potassium and a multitude of vitamins. But they can’t provide these nutritious health benefits unless they are eaten. Puree 1 peeled avocado and place in blender. Add ¾ cup milk and ¼ cup sugar and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into freezer-pop molds and freeze until solid.

Place one peeled avocado, one can of drained chick peas, two tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
