2013 NFL Week 10 Predictions and Picks

by fat vox

It’s time for my 2013 NFL week 10 predictions and picks. Week 10 kicks off on Thursday with Washington at Minnesota. Can the Vikings regroup and get a win? My gut feeling is Washington will win this one going away by a 27-17 final. Alfred Morris tallied 2 touchdowns.

Moving on to the Sunday schedule for week 10 of the 2013 NFL season-Seattle visits Atlanta. The Falcons could churn out an upset here. The Seahawks have an incredible defense but I look for the Atlanta “D” to be the story of this one. Falcons upset Seattle 27-23. Atlanta forces 3 turnovers and tallies 3 sacks.

Detroit hits the road for a date at Chicago. The Bears struggle but win this one late on a Robbie Gould field goal. Chicago wins 26-24. Matt Forte gets 78 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Green Bay hosts Philadelphia in what looks like a potential blowout. I fully expect the Eagles to hang tough for at least 2 quarters before the Pack pulls away. Green Bay wins 31-14 behind 3 Aaron Rodgers touchdown passes.

Jacksonville travels to Tennessee. Chris Johnson could put up some serious numbers in this one. I expect Johnson to get 2 touchdowns and 100 plus yards in the 33-13 Titans win.

St. Louis is on the road in Indy for another week 10 matchup. My predictions and picks for this one? It’s a no brainer as the Colts roll 34-13. Andrew Luck passes for 2 scores and runs for another.

The New York Giants entertain Oakland in another Sunday matchup. The GIants will roll at home in a 31-16 victory. Eli Manning finds Victor Cruz for two touchdowns.

Buffalo is at Pittsburgh also in week 10. The Steelers can help mend some of the early season damage with a win here. My bet is the Steelers win 23-14. The Pittsburgh defense provides at least one touchdown.

Cincinnati heads to Baltimore for what could be a fantastic battle. My predictions say the Ravens will win this one at home in a close one. Baltimore wins 15-13. Andy Dalton is intercepted 3 times.

Carolina is in San Fran to play the 49’ers during week 10. The Panthers need this win way more than the 49’ers. With that said, I’d say the potential for upset is more likely. I am going against the grain with this one. I’ll take Cam Newton on a quarterback sneak late as Carolina wins 24-20.

Arizona hosts Houston in a game many won’t care too much about. The Cardinals are on the verge of being a decent football team. Carson Palmer gets it together with 3 touchdown passes and 340 yards passing in a 37-28 shootout.

Denver visits San Diego in what could be the game of the week. The Chargers have played well at home but the Broncos have an unreal offense. I’m going Broncos in this one-but relatively low scoring considering what has happened so far this year. Denver escapes 27-23.

Dallas travels to New Orleans to play the red hot Saints. It could be a huge win for the Cowboys in hopes of getting a playoff spot. But it won’t happen this week. Saints win on Sunday night 33-23. Tony Romo is picked off three times in the loss.

The Monday night game during week 10 is Miami at Tampa Bay. The Bucs will escape with an ugly 16-14 victory.

That’s it for my 2013 NFL week 10 predictions and picks! Have a wonderful week everybody!
