Burdened for Anxious Minds

by fat vox

Jesus Christ, Son of God, and my Savior has burdened my heart for those who live with anxious minds. I am a child of God. I have a personal relationship with the heavenly Father. I listen to his voice (not audibly, but in my Spirit). Although, my burden is for anyone who has an anxious mind who reads this, receives it, and saved by it, I have a particular young woman for whom I have a special burden. Is it you?

First, let me say that none of the feelings tormenting your mind comes from God. They are from Satan, and he is a liar; it is that simple!

Do You Feel Like This?

An anxious mind is negative, heavy, and overloaded with worrisome thoughts. Some days it is manageable, and other days it feels as though your mind is about to blow! On these days your mind is so full of everything, you feel like you are going crazy! You are more confused than ever. At home, you feel unappreciated, unloved, and angry with everyone, including yourself.

At work, you again feel unappreciated and angry. You do not know what to do first, you feel overwhelmed, you want to scream, cry, shake some sense into your boss, turn around and run until you are as far away from everything and everyone as you can get, and never go back! You feel a heavy pressure in your head and/or chest, your heart beats rapidly, and sometimes you even think about ending your life. Yes, sometimes the stress from being anxious is that bad.

In your social life, you do not know why you are doing the things you do. You feel guilty, and you know they are wrong, but you do them anyway. You hate yourself afterward, but you tell yourself the pleasure is better than the guilt. You do not know where you fit in this world. You feel no one has ever wanted to listen to you. You feel as if you have tried to live right, but cannot find the answer.

Spiritually, you do not know God.

In addition, you feel like God does not or would not ever love and save a person like you. You are dead wrong! God is calling you; he is waiting with open arms to receive you. God does not want any of us to live with worry, anxiety, and fear. However, Satan does, so he finds ways to sneak anxious thoughts into our head to torment our minds day after day.

Is There a Way Out? Yes, Yes, Yes! It Is (Salvation)!

How, you ask? You turn away from Satan and face God! If you are at the point, where you are sick of being anxious, angry, tired, depressed, and feeling alone in this world, then today is the day to surrender yourself to God! He has all of the answers for your life, and He is the only way to peace and an eternity in Heaven!

All you have to do, to ask Jesus Christ into your heart is to:

1) Confess your sins to Jesus by saying, “Jesus, I know and confess to you that I am a sinner, and I surrender my life to you. I am sorry Father for my sins. I want you in my life, leading and guiding me, in every way. Lord, I ask you now to come into my heart, mold and shape me as you see fit. I will follow and love you always. I am hopeless and helpless without you Father.

2) Thank Jesus Christ for coming into your heart. Say “thank you Jesus, my Lord and Savior for saving me and for forgiving my sins. Thank you for coming into my heart, I welcome you Father!

3) Believe and trust that you are now saved, headed to heaven, and that Jesus Christ and His spirit is living in you! Start reading the Bible to learn more about God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Pray to your heavenly father. Find a church that makes you feel like you are at home, and begin to make new Christian friends who will be there for you and help you grow in God! Do not leave your old friends out. Tell everyone what God has done for you! Never be ashamed to tell others about your Savior!

My prayer is that this young woman and many others accept Christ after reading this!
