Paper or cloth napkins

A nautical theme is appropriate for many types of parties. If someone is moving across the seas, if a person simply loves the ocean, if a family vacations at the beach every year, a party with a nautical theme is fitting. Popular nautical colors include blue, white, red, and black, and with them, you can make your own design of silverware wraps. Offer a pack that features a napkin, disposable silverware, and a tiny surprise, when you make Lifesaver wraps. Lifesaver candies look like tiny boat lifesavers and that makes them a wonderful choice to include in a nautical napkin wrap.
Combine nautical colors to make your particular choice of napkin wraps. Start with blue, red, or white napkins. Feature blue, red, or white silverware, depending on the color of napkin that you’ve chosen. You can also look at party stores for napkins that feature nautical images, or for ones that hint at a beach theme, such as red and white stripes, or blue and white stripes.
Some of the different arrangements that you can make include a red and white striped napkin with blue disposable silverware, a blue and white striped napkin with red disposable silverware, or a white, nautical-theme napkin, featuring red accents and blue silverware.
You don’t absolutely have to use disposable silverware and paper napkins. You can always use real silverware and make your own nautical theme napkins, or make your own napkins, and use disposable silverware. If you’re making your own napkins they can be paper or cloth. Use rubber stamps or markers and stencils to create the images that you like on the napkins. In fact, tiny rubber stamps – or even stickers – can be used to decorate disposable silverware, too.
There are dozens and dozens of different beach theme, nautical theme, or other mariner napkin wraps that anyone can easily make. Use them on a boat, on a picnic at a lake, at a wedding with a beach theme, at a summer birthday party, or even at a pool party. But to make them look as fabulous as they can, tie a tiny, white Lifesaver candy onto each wrap. Use twine, thread the candy on, and tie the twine around the wrap. It’s the perfect accent to the adorable nautical wraps. The silverware that features the tiny candies looks so cute across the table at any party.
