I had the pleasure of attending the PAMPERS launch of the first 3-D photo projection at their Love, Sleep & Play event in Grand Central Station New York City.It was fun to see so many parents with their children who submitted their pictures and were able to see their baby’s images in a large 3-D projection among hundreds of spectators and press present. The presentation had around 30,000 pictures that we all were able to enjoy. This event was extra special since I had my children join me and see me work and since I am currently 6 months pregnant and expecting my third child seeing this campaign and being there with my family was extremely meaningful. My children had a wonderful time playing with other children in the Pampers play area with Lego’s and Cheerios for the kids to enjoy.Hollywood Actress and soon to be mother Jennifer Love Hewitt attended this event along with Mexican Soap Opera Actress and TV Host Jacqueline Bracamontes.
I had a Q&A with Spanish Soap Opera Actress and TV Host Jacqueline Bracamontes and this is what she shared with me:
1-Jacqueline besides the fact that you are a mother what else inspired you to come to this Pampers Love, Sleep and Play event?
Being a mom is my primary reason since I change more than 20 pampers a day. I love the fact that Pampers has focused on standing out this Love, Sleep and Play campaign because there is nothing bigger than the love of a mother towards their baby. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing your baby sleeping it transmits all the peace in the world. Play time is a wonderful connection that you create with your child. Through all these pictures we have seen today of all these families and babies it reflects the amazing job Pampers is doing. Finding the balance between work and being a mom for example I currently work in the show “La Voz Mexico” and this project has been perfect for me because I have flexibility and don’t work every day versus when you are filming a soap opera the schedule is rigorous and I have been able to bring my daughter to the set and work with me which has been fantastic.
2- How has been the transition of being an actress and now a mom for you?
First I have to say that being a mom is the best role I have had to play. It’s not easy especially when it’s your first one but it’s the best gift life has given me. Slowly I have been learning but I have tried to give the best of me to my baby and be close to her, love her, eat her with kisses because that’s the most important thing. My daughter is 4 months old and growing really fast.
3. Do you plan on having more children?
I would love too and recently my husband and I have discussed that in a few months we should try again and god will decide when the right time for our daughter to have a sibling is.
