Company visits are fun and memorable, but entail lots of work. If you are blessed with friends or family who welcomed you into their home, try to write a thank-you note. A thank-you letter demonstrates your appreciation for their kindness. These sample letters below might help you.
If possible, include a small gift card. Remember, you saved money by not having to stay in a hotel. It adds a nice touch.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Collier,
Thank-you very much for opening up your home to me and other members of the Harding University choir. It was very generous of you! We will never forget your hospitality. The breakfast was wonderful! Thanks so much for the recipe for monkey bread too.
You have a beautiful home and it was so nice to get to rest after traveling. Thanks for going the extra mile!

Dear Aunt Martha,
Thank-you very much for opening up to your home to Kevin, Hayden and I. It was very generous to allow us to stay with you while on vacation. You were an excellent host! We sincerely appreciate your hospitality. Thank-you!
