From October 11, 2013 to October 13, 2013, fitness enthusiasts and professionals can participate in SweatUSA Fitness Festival, a unique event consisting of a hundred exhibitors, health brands, wellness solutions and home-based exercise program resources. The event will be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center and brings three days of action-packed fun featuring famed fitness experts such as Tony Horton from P90X, Shaun T. from Insanity and Jillian Michaels from BODYSHRED. This premiere event will also feature workout sessions featuring classes with celebrity fitness trainers.
The registration fees for the inaugural Sweat USA Fitness Festival range from $59 to $799. The organizers highly suggest reserving classes since they are subject to availability. P90X: Tony Horton
P90X is a revolutionary system involving no fancy exercise equipment which includes 12 workouts that can be carried out in a small space. The system inventor, Tony Horton, a celebrity physical trainer worked over 20 years to develop this concept. He is known as the master of motivation and he will be teaching a unique P90X class during the SweatUSA event. Insanity: Shaun T.
Shaun T., the creator of Insanity, the workout that maximizes your muscles interval will feature a high energy workout packed with Plyometric drills and nonstop intervals of power, resistance and strength training. Shaun T. created this workout for himself and then decided that no one was “insane” enough to follow this workout for 60 days. However, many fitness enthusiasts took the challenge and were surprised with the results. The event organizers admit that this might be the hardest program put to DVD and that the class will push participants to the limit.
BODYSHRED: Jillian Michaels
Jillian Michaels, the fitness guru of Biggest Loser fame, will make an appearance to share BODYSHRED, her latest fitness regimen for ultimate weight loss and total body transformation. Ms. Michaels has developed a 3-2-1 interval method consisting of three minutes of strength training, two minutes of cardio aerobic exercise and one minute of core body training.
