If during your attempts to stop smoking you could not overcome your psychological addiction, your mood swings and other inhibitions, you may want to isolate yourself in a place where no one can reach, see or hear you: space! In addition, oxygen is scarce there, you dare not have a smoke or puff, because that will consume precious oxygen, or would you?
3. Wear extremely flammable clothing
This is an effective method, because you can hold your cigarette in your hands and yet be
unable to light it up, not with the risk of combustion on the spot. But, of course, you’ll also have to avoid other smokers.

Living alone on a desert island with nothing and no one to bother you can be a good way to stop smoking while watching the soft flowing water and bathing in the sun! The possibility of going crazy from the loneliness is a hypothesis that should not be dismissed. But why not!
