Is Alison DiLaurentis alive?
Yes. Mona, Spencer, and Hanna all saw her when she was saving the girls from the burning lodge. It’s impossible they all had the exact same dream or vision at the same time. So, it is safe to assume Alison is still among the living. However, in the Sara Shepard books that the series is based on Alison had a twin, so there is a chance that the girl that they seen was her twin. The TV series still hasn’t confirmed they will be following the twin aspect of the story though, so at this time we will just assume it was Alison that the girls seen.
Is Toby Cavanaugh dead?

Was Toby Cavanaugh really on the A-Team or working as a double agent?
Jaws dropped around the world at the end of “This is a Dark Ride,” when Toby was revealed as a member of the A-Team. ABC Family called it the “ultimate betrayal.” Marlene King confirmed in interviews and on her Twitter account that Toby was indeed a member of the A-Team and not a double-agent, but fans refused to believe it, they knew better. On “A Dangerous Game” he revealed he WAS working as a double-agent and he told Spencer everything he did was to protect her.
Who is “Red Coat?”
As if all the people running around Rosewood in black hoodies weren’t scary enough, the girls began noticing a girl in a red coat who was always near-by when the A-Team struck. Emily also remembered the girl in the red coat being at the cemetery the night that Alison’s body was dug up. Ironically no one could ever see her face. It was revealed during the finale that “Red Coat” is no one other than Alison DiLaurentis.
