Shortly after I began a raw vegan diet, I fell in love with fruit. Although I’d eaten fruits with relative frequency as a child, adolescent, and young adult, they had never been one of the primary components of my diet. When they attained this position of primacy, I became aware of how simultaneously delicious and nutritious they are.
