Watching Evita Concert 2013, How was It?

by fat vox

I love watching any concert. I find it entertaining, and the music makes me feel at ease. It does make me feel better every time I witness some performances. In other words, I am quite delighted that the music soothes to the heart. However, I do not imagine that such as concert gives me another effect. It does not only give me an entertaining effect, but also it teaches me more than delightful experience. It is because watching any concert is like witnessing a fun-filled, entertaining, and surprising performance with a jaw-dropping effect. This is what I experienced when I was invited to watch the Evita concert.

Honestly, I was busy at that time when my friend called me over the phone. She encouraged me watching Evita rather than any heavy or metallic bands performing onstage. In my case, I love those Eminem, Jon Bon Jovi, Michael Learns To Rock, Scorpion, the Creed, Matchbox 20, and many other rock, pop rock, and metallic performances. I would never say that I had no interests in mellow and soft music but that I seldom witnessed those concerts due to limited time. Thus, when my friend invited me to watch Evita, I could not escape from the reality that I was shocked at the point when Evita concert had influenced my taste of performances.

At Saint Louis Theater, I noticed how the crowd or the people waited for the event. They patiently waited for the performance to start and walked towards their seats. There were sounds neither created nor expected, but only those flickering camera flashes made by new comers in the theater due to unexpected pictorial at the corner of the theater. Sometimes, I asked myself why people did that. It seemed to me that they only loved pictorials or photos as memorabilia after the concert. Further, what made me feel more delighted was the physical arrangement of the theater, the entrance and the exit of viewers, the display of the stage, and the blocking and the curtain. When my friend and I walked towards the upper ground area to see the performance, I could notice that they talked about the performers and the concert itself. Unlike me when I watched some concerts, I usually did not make any comment. If I did, I usually said “awesome” and “great” like the performance of Miley Cyrus in her best twerking moments. If other people found it grimy and detestable, I could only say that Miley Cyrus’ performance was “definitely awesome.” Then, we reached our seats. In fact, it was easy for us to find our seats because the arrangements were organized and well planned. The stage that faced of the audience or spectators and the hallway where a lot of busy people who rushed in made me believe that Evita concert did not have the same organization. It was more than the superlative “most” due to sociable and fantastic concert set up. That is why I could not help but remembering the scenery.

It was dark and dim on October 12. The stage was ready as it we arrived at the right time. Then, the curtain opened, and I also began to wonder that I could not even move a muscle due to excitement. The performance was really magnificent that $ 20 could never be enough to justify a multitude of spectators in the entire area. And on my seat, I could not help but expecting a lot more than I know about Evita at the first few minutes. I knew I was kind of ignorant and innocent about the musical and Broadway concert, but I could say that I started to begin liking it.

The concert rolled further and showed mystifying blazes of performances. Done at Saint Louis Theater, the performers by characters namely Eva, Che, Juan, Magdali, and the mistress did act appropriately as perfectly as they were for the performance according their best jobs. Evita concert showcased some performances with the participation of the famous lyricist and the music composer Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber who made a remarkable contribution and at the same time an entry towards exceptional viewing adventure based on my experience.

Along the better performances, my pleasure to finish the concert through the end began to unfurl. I heard different songs, and I listened to them to sink into my system. There was a solo duet, trio, and group performances. All were varied in different levels where Eva Peron, Che, Juan Peron, Magdali, and the mistress on the right spots. Indeed, I could not deny the fact that I was also fascinated by the heart-throbbing experience when I heard the musical instruments such as music and piano. Just like the Evita concert, I experienced to be mystified to watch the performances with On this Night of a Thousand Stars, Don’t Cry For Me Argentina, You Must Love Me, and other song renditions. As such, I made to believe that this concert motivated me to attend more concerts like Evita to come.

All throughout the presentation, the performers confidently portrayed and played their roles. Their performance sent some effect on me and it went viral since I could not cope with my excitement. I meant that there was excitement, and there a message of the concert. I became renewed as I noticed that I silently clapped my hands to the unveiling performance of the performers. Webber and Rice with their tandem in evoking the musical spirits had made me believe that concert shared a welcoming effect on me and on the viewers, audience, onlookers, or what other people called it. I believe that watching Evita live at Saint Louis Theater was an opportunity. It was unforgettable bits of scenery and the after-effect of the concert allowed me sharing some jaw-dropping performances. Even when the songs were played such as On What a Circus, Another Suitcase in Another Hall, You Must Love Me and Don’t Cry for Me Argentina, the meaning being evoked constantly sent some powerful messages of Evita’s love, life, and ambition. I am not her to re-describe the history of Evita, but I am here to share my observations. In the end, Evita concert successfully displayed new level concert performances.

Furthermore, I was amazed by how the concert left much a favorable impression. It could be a mistake to tell that I only wasted my $ 20.00 for the concert because for me $ 20.00 could never be enough to pay my experience, my laughter, and my amazement throughout the concert itself. That is why I was totally overjoyed how Juan Peron, Eva Peron, and Magdali. Their performance was beyond comparison, and I could never forget such wonderful performance. It was surprising to me. Yet, what made it more surprising was that the presentation, the vocals, the musical instruments, and the theater itself depicted a union of some parts in the concert. In fact, the rest of the viewers were still in awe as they were focusing on the details of the performances.

Finally, the concert did however influence my outlook in other concert performances. I loved watching any concert but Evita was different – there was an intended meaning delivered by the performer. If I were to ask if I would watch it over and over again, I could simply say that “why not?”
