So far I am quite pleased with Garcinia Gambogia. I am continuing to take it twice daily at least 30 minutes before meals. I often let an hour or two pass before eating. I was taking the evening dose around 3 in the afternoon, but I’m not doing that anymore. l’m taking it around 6 PM now so that I can eat a light snack in the evening and not get hungry during the nighttime hours.
I’m a bit of a night owl; it’s often 2 or 3 in the morning before I go to sleep. Hunger hormones are notorious for raging during the nighttime hours on most people. It’s no different for me. I noticed that I don’t feel hungry at night when I take Garcinia Cambogia around 6 in the evening. The worst of my eating is in the nighttime hours so taking the second dose later works much better for me.
I reported that I lost 5 pounds the first week. I believe some of the 5 pound weight loss was water weight, which is normal with almost any weight loss plan. I have just finished week 2 of my test of Garcinia Cambogia, and have lost 2 pounds. This makes a total of 7 pounds for 2 week’s time.
My thoughts overall about my progress on Garcinia Cambogia
I walked 3 days out of the first week just because I felt so good. I walked a total of 7 miles for the week. The total amount of weight lost that week was 5 pounds. I didn’t do any extra walking on the second week. In fact, when I went shopping for fresh veggies at Ingles and at Walmart this week I rode in the electric cart. I was a little short of breath, so I chose to ride rather than walk. My shortness of breath is from a chronic pulmonary problem, and not from a side effect of the product.
I don’t deny myself the foods that I like. My family and I have a Sunday ritual of having fresh donuts from the bakery at Ingles Market. We also have sausage biscuits on Sunday mornings also. I like tomato sandwiches with real mayonnaise on both slices of bread. I usually eat three sandwiches a day. I don’t eat a lot of meat. For the most part I eat fruits and vegetables during the week, and just have the donuts and meat on Sunday mornings. I eat less meat to help keep my bad cholesterol down to normal limits, rather than try to stick with a wight loss plan.
I still feel very well. The Garcinia Cambogia Extract is still elevating my mood. Two pounds doesn’t seem like a significant weight loss for the week, but considering that I have not done any significant exercise this week, I think my loss is fairly good. I still feel that the improvement of my mood is sufficient reason to purchase this product again. I may change my mind later on, but judging by the way I feel now, I would buy it again.
